It will be preceded by a workshop day on October 16, 2026.

Thursday, October 15: Registration opens from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Friday, October 16: Workshops begin at 10:00 am
Saturday, October 17: Annual General Meeting begins at 9:00 am
There is no charge for those only attending the AGM.
Doors open for the Banquet Dinner, Dance, and Fundraiser at 6:00 pm.
