Fine Arts for Kids Fund

In 2014, BC Foster Parents Association received two generous donations to support the establishment of the Fine Arts for Kids fund. This fund is available to BCFPA member foster parents in order to assist them with the costs of involving the children and youth in their care in the arts.

What’s covered

The Fine Arts for Kids fund will cover costs (up to $300) related to a child/youth’s participation in arts programs and activities including—but not limited to—art supplies, art lessons, dance shoes, costumes, musical instrument rentals and purchase, drum making, carving, fabric arts, and regalia making supplies. Please note that the fund is for support of extra-curricular programs,  not school district art program activities, and does not apply to sports endeavors.
