It will be preceded by a workshop day on October 3, 2025.

Thursday, October 2: Registration opens from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Friday, October 3: Workshops begin at 9:30 am
Saturday, October 4: Annual General Meeting begins at 9:00 am
There is no charge for those only attending the AGM.
Doors open for the Banquet Dinner, Dance, and Fundraiser at 6:00 pm.
